You know, there are far more methods to promote your goods and services online than I will shake a stick at. The issue is, what percentage of these are built on solid foundations and how many are just trends that are going to finish up sinking into the quicksand of online marketing heck? Well, if you are not certain how to decide where your strategy falls, you may want to read this document. OK , the simplest way to figure out if something is a trend or not is just to determine if the technique has beaten the test of time. Well, on initial reading, it was good. It did not give plenty of details but the message discovered.

It was short and to the point. Well, the originally thread starter came back and made private attacks on both myself and the person that queried some of his info. I concluded with both folk in part. Most non marketers do not get so anal about that kind of stuff. So they will look for whatever reason at all the slam you into the ground. The explanation, and this is what baffles me, is that marketing pros hate being promoted to. Not many are like that, but many are.

If you're out to draw in potential customers and develop your internet presence and exposure, you owe it to oneself and the economic future of your business to learn all that you can about online marketing. You really ought to know what your visitor wants to read, as it was you who brought them to your page, and it'll be your text which should lead them to register on your capture page. Need to learn more online marketing methodologies on the way to build a profitable businesses online? If that is the case read about and download my new free e-book twenty-seven Habits of web marketing Super Stars. See, some prospects need to go right to the sales page. They hate the concept of having to ‘join’ a list to be in a position to see your product. So some prospects, on seeing a capture page, will simply close up their browser…never to be seen again. Well, on the positive side, the prospect is taken right to the sales page…which is what they wanted to begin with. Nonetheless the drawback to this, at least for the merchant, is that with a hover box for the opt in, the prospect is free to overlook it.

Ed Note: While the underlying service is now offline the concept is still exciting and we use it to market to mobile users for clients.

Amid all the hand wringing these days by business owners desperate to connect with consumers, I stumbled across a clever new idea and service called Orizzi. It harnesses the power of text messaging to create a welcomed voice right to customer cell phones.

According to CEO Michael Voulgarelis, Orizzi connects businesses with potential buyers by providing instant text notices right to their cell phone. You can catch a quick elevator pitch video on the Orizzi home page but in a nutshell, the system provides you with a short code (a 5-digit number you enter into your cell phone) you promote to customers as a way to get super specials. Customers use your code to subscribe to your dispatches so you can reach out to them anytime to summon them to your store or site.

The true power of this clever idea is based in the text phenom. Consumers are deleting emails and ignoring calls, but everyone stops on a dime to check a text message. (And it’s true LOL) Note that the Orizzi system will also dispatch to the customer’s instant messenger and email if the text message is ignored.

So check out Orizzi and start communicating with your customers where they live.

So How Clever Are these MLM Leaders?

Do all successful MLM leaders know something that we do not know? Are there certain insider secrets that only the heavy hitters know which are not being made public?

MLM leaders aren’t part of a clandestine order with crazy handshakes ; and they don’t have concealed secrets. What they all know and have is something that new network promoters don’t have and that is simply called experience.

So Why Are They such A success?

First, they treat their business like a business. They don’t consider their business to be a pursuit or something that they joined on a whim. They treat their new business like 1,000,000 dollar investment, even it if cost only $500 to get started. They’re entrepreneurs. Plain and simply. And the secret is they are are devoted, insistent and they do not give up.

These entrepreneurs start their enterprises with a plan in mind. They set out with a manifest goal and they work continuously toward that goal. Their goals are realistic ; they understand that setting impractical goals can only end in disenchantment and failure. They’re tenacious and work really hard and do whatever is necessary to achieve the success they need.

Building a profitable internet promotion business can take years and while these top producers might have attempted dozens of other systems of making money and lost their shirts more often than once, they knew that if they could find just the right thing for them, they could make it. So the endured. In spite of the odds. Regardless of the reversals.

MLM leaders work tough. A lot of them say they home work, but frequently spend many days away from home. Many of them like to suggest that they do not work really hard, when in fact they eat, live and breathe their enterprises.

MLM leaders will spend the great majority of their time recruiting and sponsoring because they understand this is the only real way to earn money. Just mull it over. The company can only book a profit by moving product, accordingly the more folk you have in your downline promoting and selling goods and also inducting others to do the same, the more money you can make.

Have you got what it takes to become an MLM leader? Of course I do you say. But think about that. Have you got the determination to invest your time and spend perhaps 5 years creating a business? Are you dedicated enough to commit your time each day toward promoting and moving your business forward?

When will you consider yourself successful? Is there a money figure you have in mind? Have you got a plan because without one you are not going anywhere! What’s your marketing plan, and how can you go about coaching at team of complete strangers to also achieve success? What happens if your company’s amazing product turns out to be a big fat failure after a couple of years. What will you do then?

The true MLM leaders are the entrepreneurs who will expand a business whatever the chances. The word failure isn’t in their compendium. They know that marketing is the most important facet of success. They present and promote their business opportunity every day, each week, and may have planned a schedule for a year ahead. They understand that by changing into a leader they are answerable for masses of other individual’s success, and that is not a responsibility to be regarded lightly.

So are you a businessman, and could you shoulder this responsibility?

Thanks for reviewing our MLM Leaders Secrets post today.

There are many facets to creating a product, but actually getting it to the customer is one of the most important stages. After the design, production and quality control process is completed, there comes the need to fulfill orders and get products to customers. It can take a lot of effort for companies to collect, store, sort and ship out products after they are created, and that is why more and more places are offering direct mail packaging with fulfillment services. It is essential that any direct mail packaging work in conjunction with the US Postal Service so as to be cost effective and appropriately designed. This leads to no fuss, no concern, just money saved and product directly to customers. Sometimes it can be wise to cutout the middleman! Other services available alongside this could include creating a cd or dvd template, as well as social media help!

There should be several options to help you get discs, or other products, safely in the mailboxes of your customers – without excessive expense. Speed, accuracy and efficiency are critical whether packaging is done in-line or by hand and different companies will offer different services, depending on the needs of their clients. Some will only offer direct mail packaging, whilst others will offer an assortment of packs and kits for different occasions.

The most standard of products provided include Multiple Disc Sets, Binders, Printed Manuals, Magnets, Flyers, Brochures and more. Direct mail packaging varies in form, but usually consists of envelopes, postcards, flyers, and even standard sized brochures. These can then be sent to new, prospective and existing customers. This technique is helpful for keeping in the mind of customers throughout the year and is done to better the chance of getting sales and maintaining customer loyalty.

Generally, people love interactive advertisements and direct mail packaging should be no exception. Including peel off stickers or cards in direct mail packaging encourages recipient involvement, which builds a relationship between customer and business. When people must get involved, they consider the mailing to have a higher value. Find a reasonably priced printer that will automatically affix these stickers or cards so you do not have to do it by hand. Sticker and card features are more expensive so use this form of advertisement sparingly.

A smart tactic when using direct mail packaging is to include an image or logo that is brightly colored to catch the eye of the customer. Examples of an appropriate image to use include that of a complimentary gift for the customer, new products that are in stock, or even products that are on sale/special offers. The belief is that the image and coloring will attract the eye of the consumer, encouraging them to open the mailer and read the details.

If you are interested in learning more about direct mail packaging or another service such as the creation of a disk or dvd template, then check online for local services.

In order to rank highly in the search engines, you’ll need to perform search engine optimization (SEO) to your sites which includes factors on your site as well as off site. We’ll now discuss a few proven SEO strategies designed to get you off the ground with your SEO efforts and headed in the right direction.

One curious and true thought about using IM business tools or approaches is success will depend on the skill with which any person brings to the table. You can choose any technique to illustrate this, like Website Automation Wizard Review, and that is just a, for instance. Some people do things better than you and many do it worse; so we think it is a great idea to want to do it the best – pass them all. But we all know there are many who are impatient or lazy, and then they just do the bare minimum with any endeavor. People who have a lot of experience understand the need to have an open mind and pick up any little useful tidbits of knowledge. Your ability and willingness to test all you do in business is one thing that will give you leverage.

Keyword density falls into the category of on-page SEO factors, and it is an aspect you need to pay attention to in your own efforts. But there is a misconception that the higher your keyword appears in the content, and the more it is repeated, the better you’ll be able to rank for it. This is not true. There’s a phrase, keyword stuffing, and that is what you’ll be doing. Certainly, your readers will notice it, and your content will read unnaturally – plus it looks like some kind of spam, too. You may receive a banning from the search engines – probably will, in fact. You should aim at maintaining your keyword density in such a way that your keyword appears throughout your content but in a natural way. This makes your content look appealing to the search engines and at the same time useful to the visitor. After some practice, it will be easy to find the right balance of what is good and easy to read as well as having an acceptable density for your keywords. Of course this will make your content more relevant for your keywords, and with proper backlinks you may have a fighting chance.

We do know people in business who seem to have a closed mind when it comes to something new such as a method for marketing or advertising, and they are leaving a lot of money behind as a result. But this just goes back to the concept of testing because even having an open mind to try something, if only once, is the smart thing to do. If you have tried and tested Consumer Wealth System Review in your business, then how did that go for you? You will always need to carefully assess anything new, though, and that means you have to base your decisions on research, first. It is people who are probably a little too gullible and believe everything they read who always get in trouble. Actually, one very smart move for newbies is to buy slow and do a lot of reading and asking questions, if possible, about whatever it is. But as we have said, this is usually the domain of those who have not been around for long. Always seek to validate anything you read, and that is they only path to protecting your self. Maybe you have already had experiences in which smart homework saved you some money.

Make sure you use underline, strong, bold and italics tags on each keyword targeted pages. This really is a pretty valuable little tip for on-page SEO. Naturally it will help, how much no one knows, but still if it will help then it’s a good idea to do it. Overdoing anything with SEO will always be viewed as spamming of some kind, so never overdo these things. Perhaps several to three times should be good enough to provide some help. Also include primary and secondary keywords/phrases in your H1/H2 tags. If you do that, too, then they’ll score higher with the search engines in terms of ranking value, etc. Remember that each of your website’s pages should have one or two targeted keywords in the start of the page.

You also want the search engines to easily know and understand what your site is about. It’s important to use text links for all your navigation. Sometimes that not possible, so in that case just text for your links rather than javascript, for example. Doing so will make things much easier on the search engine bots.

If you are looking for an overnight fix, search engine optimization is not it. With time and patience, the results of search engine optimization are worth it. Know that your page rank will fluctuate but stay focused on SEO factors such as strong keyword titles and fresh content. The more you try and make these external factors perfect, the more respect the search engines will have for your site.

We have only discussed three aspects on Affiliate revolution in your web business, and to be sure there is much more to the story you need to learn on your own.

Video marketing is perhaps the most effective way to build your brand while also driving highly targeted traffic to your website. Gaining more exposure for your products and services by means of video marketing isn't just possible, it is highly recommended. If you haven't ever played around with video marketing before and have yet to run your own campaign, now's a great time to start. Video content is exploding online at a crazy speed and there's no turning it back. The following article tries to analyze three unique points that will help you get more out of your video marketing efforts...Street Smart Profits

Video Marketing is a frequent topic our clients turn to these days. Shouting your message into a crowded market can be challenging so advertisers want an edge. Video is really popular of course, and the interactive nature of video marketing (er hosting) platforms like Youtube, Vimeo, and others has grown wildly.

A look at video marketing traffic volumes can take your breath away. Youtube is now the 2nd largest search engine in the world — if you break it out from its #1 parent Google that is. More people search Youtube than most other search engines combined. All this traffic provides a powerful vehicle to get your message out.

But as we often caution clients; you just cannot ‘create’ a viral video. The viral pull of a particular creative is something organically spawned in the crowdsphere, not in the boardroom.

So where does that leave aspiring video marketers? They’re sweaty with desire to attract the level of video views they see on hotlist videos. Ironically those numbers do not make up the bread and butter video traffic you need to have a successful video marketing campaign.

Let’s examine some of the keys to real success through video marketing:

How to Get Real Success Through Video Marketing

Video marketing is perhaps the most effective way to build your brand while also driving highly targeted traffic to your website. Gaining more exposure for your products and services by means of video marketing isn’t just possible, it is highly recommended. If you haven’t ever played around with video marketing before and have yet to run your own campaign, now’s a great time to start. Video content is exploding online at a crazy speed and there’s no turning it back. The following article tries to analyze three unique points that will help you get more out of your video marketing efforts…Street Smart Profits

Look Beyond YouTube: If you decide to try any kind of video marketing, you need to not hold yourself back. The Internet is a vast place and it’s opportunities for earning are endless and you should make yourself go beyond the borders of traditional video marketing and YouTube. There are a lot of targeted video sharing sites that have a huge audience that could go well with your video, why not take advantage of them. Your primary goal with video marketing is to get as much exposure as possible and to give your viewers more than what they hoped for. So if you look beyond the limits of YouTube, you’ll see that there are more opportunities waiting to be taken advantage of.Push Button SEO

Measure Results: If you want to get as much as possible from your video marketing you need to be able to learn from your experiences and tweak your videos according to the results you are getting from your viewership. In order to find out if you are successful or not, you need to know if you’re moving in a good direction and the only way to know that is to understand what kind of ROI you’re getting. There are lots of important statistics that figure into this like how many views you get, how many times the video gets played, etc. The internet is full of tools that you can use to measure these types of statistics so that you can figure out which steps you will need to be taking next.

Don’t Create a Sales Pitch: In order to help your video stand out from everybody else’s marketing clutter, you need to focus on providing value, not just making sales pitches. There isn’t anything wrong with getting out there to sell your product but don’t try to do it directly with your videos. When you create the videos you post online your best option is to define the problem and educate the viewer so that he understands what you have to offer even when you offer it without a sales perspective.

In conclusion, from this article we can see that video marketing isn’t the usual kind of marketing you might be used to but if you use it you can see incredible results. To truly find success here, you need to take real action; without it you won’t see any real results from your video marketing efforts. So why not just start using the tips that you have learned from this article so that you can see the results you want to see. You also need to practice some patience if you want to see success with your video marketing.

Now that we have found out this information make sure you look at Article Ranks for examples.

Here is a recent exchange with a client regarding questions about site branding, traffic generation and marketing for their information product website. It might be helpful to other site owners who want to improve visitor engagement to their brand. Hope you enjoy, and feel free to contact me with any marketing, branding and promotion questions for your business. (Note: The names and site links are changed to protect the privacy of my client.)

Q: Dwayne – I know you are knowledgable with internet marketing and blog promotion, etc. We have been experimenting with traffic generation under the theory that it will warm visitors up to our product, but we seem to be getting luke warm reception when submitting posts to reddit. We did find that a link to our site inserted in a blog comment could generate decent hits, but I was wondering if you knew of any other sites that might give us more ideas. – Thanks! Neal

Hi Neal;
Yes sir, blog commenting works well and gives you decent backlinks. Of course you are selling a niche product so targeting is more important for you than just bulk traffic. Remember since the launch of Caffeine the three legged table rule is 100% in effect so you must satisfy all three value metrics in order to grow and maintain authority and SERPs.

I took the liberty of looking at your site. You are trying to market an information product on Seduction Techniques right? The first thing I recommend you focus on is the site experience and content. We can talk about niche traffic generation later. First develop the product and conversion scenaio…

Here are a couple of suggestions:

Landing impact:
What are you doing on this site? Why do I not know at a glance? When a visitor lands on your site they should know right away where they are and what they might get here. You have less than 5 seconds to accomplish this. The back button is calling…
So how about a visual (metaphor) image – above the fold – to let me know I’m in a place where men go to learn how to approach and attract women?

The blocks of text on the site are crazy long. Break that stuff up. No one wants to read pages of text in long paragraphs. Forget the grammar rules for paragraphs you learned in school and use the copy writing rule instead. No more than 5 lines of text without a full double break space. Break your copy into little info-nuggets – not big intimidating blocks of text. (People quit reading web copy in the 90′s… They want bullets and short clips of text they can follow by scanning).

Conversion scenario:
Where is my gift? Give me something to make me engage the site please. Yes, you have to bribe me or you suck. Where is my free ebook? Where is my video? What about a ’10 ways to attract hot girls’ list? Some kind of swag please. Give me something to engage me. Also note if your free gift and bonuses are valuable enough they can be used as link bait. You then have something to blog and brag about. So consider developing a free gift that everyone who joins your list or Likes you on Facebook or follows you on Twitter gets just because you’re that kind of great humanitarian.

Hint: Recently video has been shown to be the absolute most effect free gift. Easy and instant! Videos also help engage the visitor. For example a video giving away the ‘ultimate secret’ of seduction to people who connect with your site could promise to share a really cool secret – but then give them three in the video. Don’t be stingy! Over-deliver. Then use the closing section of the video to upsell into your real product. And of course the whole operation gets uploaded to Youtube, Vimeo, Daily Motion etc…

Speaking of social reach… Where are your social signals? No feeds? No social site badges? Where are your FB and Twitter signals? Don’t have time for Twitter and Facebook? Oh no problem – then your site is a relic — like a dusty old mausoleum statue… isn’t it quaint? Better get that fan page up and running and push your blog content to it and to your twitter stream using plugins (free and easy). You can’t possibly expect busy people to actually visit your site every day hoping you have provided a new nugget of info for them – you have to reach out and give them an dead simple way to see your content. Hint: Social media.

Aesthetics:
I understand you’re going after the whole spartan blog look here but if you are trying to promote a product or service you must hype the benefits. Pictures of the sexy women your clientele could possibly attract would be a good start. You need some compelling images to tease the visitor into engaging the site and returning. Does not have to be pornographic or anything – just a couple provocative images here and there would go a long way.

Your choice of design colors is fine for what you’re doing. White is a trust color so the white background is fine. You will need to figure out a third color to complete the design at some point. Use this free site to play with brand color ideas and when you find something you like make note of the colors so you can try to integrate them into your site. http://colorschemedesigner.com/

Nuts and bolts:
- You are not using permalinks (search engine friendly URL rewrites) in your blog settings. This is a must to help elevate your site to bots so they can pick up your content.

- Use Pages instead of Posts for persistent content. Don’t put page content in a post. Make it a static page. You can then write a post about it and link it so you take advantage of the ping services, but critical persistent information should be main menu content.

– Your header image is does not link to your home page. Did you realize your visitors must use their back button to return to your index page if they drill down to article page? This frustrates surfers and they often double-click the back button because you made then use it. Don’t depend on the web browser for site navigation.

- Your site does not allow comments. Why would you prevent your visitors from engaging you? Comments are the easiest way to generate conversion activity on your website. You need conversion activity on your site to satisfy the third leg of the three legged table = ACTIVITY. Without visitor engagement and activity your site can have all the backlinks and content in the world and still be totally irrelevant.

Hint: Let people leave comments – but moderate the comments of course using your blog settings and once you start to choke on the comment spam flip your site settings so that visitors must by registered and logged in to comment. This create more activity and conversions.

This is just a quick set of suggestions Neal. We can certainly go deeper into any of these topics at your convenience. Feel free to ask questions about any of the issues. Once you have the site ready for prime time we can talk about the secrets of magnetic traffic seduction.

At your servers…
Dwayne

From my Inbox.

A client recently asked some great questions and I thought they deserved to be seen by our readers.

Dwayne,
Thank you for your information. We have been working to address all the issues you made us aware of.

If I understand the areas we need to address they are as follows:
1. Our Centric
2. Our Social Message
3. Our Internet Outreach
4. Our Branding
5. Our Website Design

Am I missing anything?

1. The Centric
Tenlittlelaws.info is the website at this time, but the focus is not on the Ten Commandments as much as it is on the Kingdom of God. The Commandments are the elementary laws that teach people how to have basic love for one another. The ultimate result is developing the character to be a citizen through baptism for the Kingdom of God when Christ returns. All people will have an opportunity to learn of God’s way.

Okay then this centric will be the originator of all your content. Sounds good and of course in your business there is plenty of content that can be developed and pushed out to drive interest.

Revelation 21:1-3 is the focus point!
Rev 21:1-3 KJV And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. 2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

Where exactly this fits into the Categories I don’t know. We’re still rolling it over in our minds. We have done some checking on the keywords and the numbers are not very high for “kingdom of God”, ”God’s Kingdom”, “Preaching the Gospel” or “Ten Commandments”. Can you assist us in better defining out niche? Do you have a certain link we can go and check the keywords? The Rovin Search Engine Visible was where I was trying to check keywords.

I would not recommend you worry too much about keywords. Depending on keywords to develop the main navigation structure of your site is a losing proposition. You are walking into the teeth of your competitor sites. It is much more effective (in the long run) to develop a site that provides good content that is compelling and informative to the reader. This always wins no matter which fickle turn the masses take in their search volumes… (Please note the advice I just gave you is contrary to the popular SEO guru crap because the main intent of slam down seo is to get to the top of serps as fast as possible with little or no concern for longevity.)

So when developing the main categories you should focus totally on logical semantic relationships to the centric topic of the site. That is why everything starts from there. So make the navigation and categories part of a logical progression from the root keyphrase of the site. Now you can do this yourself for free and be very effective by using tools like Google related topics and the Wonderwheel, and also using other sites Authority as guidance to develop your navigation tree and categories.

Never fear, once you have a solid category structure that provide logical semantic indexing to the search bots, you can go about the business of producing individual content using high search volume keyphrases. So save your keyphrase research for content production. That is where you will get the most from it. Instead focus now on providing the most focused LSI to googlebot.

2. Our Social Message
Can you give me an example? Is it the same as the message on the Twitter and WordPress blog, and Facebook websites by getting people to engage? Mrs. Harrison and I have been working on a power point presentation we were going to make into a video for the website. Would this be more likely used on the social pages?

Social message means the personal level of your market effort. Social engagement really means making yourself real, available, and socially responsible in your marketing. Then we connect the two operations of producing content and providing service. Yes it has to do with Twitter, Facebook, and other social networks, but those are only the places where the activity occurs.

The end goal is loyal fans. The method is to reach out, reward, engage, and build loyalty with your audience.

3. Our Internet Outreach
I’m assuming this would be tied to the blog etc.?

Yes sir, by offering to help the suffering and provide them a place of comfort and your teachings to support them. But it also means outreach to other sites that can help develop credibility in your service and message.

4. Our Branding
We have a logo, which I need to make some modifications too. I’ll be making those adjustments. I have a logo which you can use until the revisions are made. It will be generally the same, size, color etc. I have a colored logo and a pencil sketch of the logo which I like. Both are attached. The Logo depicts Revelation 21:1-3. The Scripture and the logo would the same branding.

Oh yes I see the attached logo. This is perfect.

5. Our Website Design
We have allocated $750 as our beginning budget, but when you break it down into hours, it’s only thirty hours. Everything we’ve discussed up to this point will need to be scaled back. I don’t know how much you can get done in thirty hours.

This will take you a long way David. That is a decent budget and could take you through the theme setup, conversion to CMS and content migration (in fact you can save even more money if you do the content conversion yourself) and well into some social media outreach and link building.

In fact if you are not too terribly concerned with making the site visually stunning then we can work from a basic magazine design or news design and go a long way on your budget. We’ll do our best to make the work count and also to let you guys do as much of it as possible. I know the hours thing is scary, but it’s going to take me well over an hour just to answer this email not to mention the other exchanges we’ve made up to this point. So I would think it obvious that we’re not totally money focused here at Rovin Net Internet Business Consulting.

At this point I would say that the look of the website could stay the same, but the CMS and SEO codes would be the focus point. I would like to have a new design, but I believe it’s functionality is more important than it’s looks.

Please understand that using a CMS requires a theme. We can make a basic theme of build off one already in our library and go from there. It would take much longer to develop a theme to match the current site design than it would to customize a solid, attractive theme we already have access to.

We need more of a break down and get specific about what we hope to achieve in this venture. As you said before, we need a clear understanding of what is going to happen and the cost. If we can have some design changes in the looks that won’t take away from the functionality design then we can proceed to change the looks.

Oh yes. Developing the site will change the looks and functionality, but it will be for the better. In one swoop you will be adding RSS feeds, social bookmarking capabilities, comments and site interaction features, tag cloud navigation, improved site semantics and buoyancy links, automated SEO features and pinging to search engines, easier image management and posting, a uniform theme, etc etc etc…

I cannot tell you what you need to achieve in this venture. We can only provide the tools. The ultimate direction must come from you. We don’t know much about your inner-gearing. Do you have a membership / congregation to pull resources from? Do you have a mailing list? Are you planning to produce video? Etc Etc Those are unanswered questions and as long as they are unknows it will be difficult to provide the definitive answers you’re looking for.

With this all being said, have I given you enough information you can generate a plan of action on your part. I keep thinking that the redesign of the website has to be driven by us if we hope to keep the cost down by us giving you a look and you executing it; otherwise, the hours would be spent on design work. Please don’t hold back, I need you to be blunt and to the point with what we’re discussing. I need to make decisions based on your input.

To be blunt, I think that if you have a commitment to reach out to people, deliver your message in various forms and media, engage them where they are congregating, provide them with compelling messages of hope, relieve their fear, offer help when asked and ask them to help you promote your program, reward them with a unified and beneficial message, and be a leader; you will win. In your life and in your ministry brother.

As far as a plan of action:
1 – Gather a logical outline of the main categories of your site (not the one you have now but the idea one you want). Making sure you do not confuse titles of articles with categories of content. This will become your new navigation system

2 – Make a list (a tweet sheet) of at least 100 small quotes and scriptures that provide guidance. Keep each quote below 100 character – including spaces – so we still have room for a shortlink back to your site.

3 – Make a list of the prime keywords that you would like to attack. You can acquire this using the Google public keyword suggestion tool. Just go to Google and type in Keyword suggestion tool and Google usually puts its tool at the top. Limit your list to 50 keywords for now that have the most searches.

4 – Take each keyphrase from this list and sort it into the category structure you set up in step #1. So each keyphrase is now under the site navigation in one category or another.

5 – Take each keyphrase and do research on it to compose an informative article on it of at least 500 words. Make sure the article is 100% about that keyphrase. You can have opinion of course, but it should be about the topic. Compile the images you want to use or illustration as well as any supporting information like Youtube video links, tables and charts, links etc so each article is a nice little niche information package.

6 – Go over each article and look for every opportunity to utilize the other keywords in your master list. Highlight those in the copy because when you publish them those keyphrases will be used as cross links to your other articles and sections to provide SEO buoyancy for the site.

7 – Extract the most salient points of interest from each article. Use that to make a talking point outline you can adlib a video/audio/podcast delivery from. We’ll need this later to drive a multimedia marketing campaign for you.

8 – Compile a list of the top 20 or 30 most authoritative sites you would most like to get a link from. Then compose a open honest email message you can send to their administrator at a later date to solicit a link exchange.

9 – Compile a list of all the people you know and prepare a message for them asking them to visit your new site and to consider please mentioning your site to their friends, visit your facebook organization page and liking it, and also to follow your updates on Twitter.

10 – Compile a series of short messages that welcomes someone to your ministry, explains the mission you are on, delves into the message you are giving and how it will benefit them. Design this series of messages in a conversational voice (like you are talking to them in an email) and keep them in bite size chunks of 100 to 300 words each. Develop them in a logical sequence that will take the person from welcome to full understanding and even to loyal supporter. This series will become your first email autoresponder series. We’ll plug that into MailChimp to interlock with your other social messages.

Okay sir this should be a good start. Ironically I stopped at 10 steps (probably the marketer in me) but it should be plenty to get started with.

We can begin the site migration and CMS process any time. but this will give you plenty to work on so the project is always in a forward motion.

Thanks;
Dwayne

The National Finals Rodeo is an event that has been going on since 1959. This is an event that no other sporting event can hold a candle to. This championship last from December 2nd thru December 11th. It is held in the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas Nevada at the Thomas and Mack Center. There is no other event like it, not the Super Bowl, The Masters, or The World Series. This is the grand daddy of all sporting events and it pits man against some really bad beasts.
All the top cowboys and cowgirls are there. If they are one of the best this year then they will be there at the National Finals Rodeo. The champion in Bareback Riding, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, Saddle Bronc Riding, Tie-Down Roping, Barrel Racing and Bull Riding will be awarded. There is also an award for the World All-Around Rodeo Champion Cowboy. This award goes to the highest-earning cowboy who has competed on a regular basis in more than one event.
There is not a bad seat in the house, but the best seats go first. The thing to do is go to NFR tickets 2010 and make your reservations today. This is one of those events that you really want to see before you die and you can take the entire family with you.

Another death blow to free speech came on the morning of October 5th, 2009 as the Federal Trade Commission voted unanimously to enact revisions to 16 CFR Part 255.

Revisions to this 81-page FTC guideline document — innocently tagged ‘Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising’ — were aimed squarely at web bloggers. The changes define thinly sliced examples of how web endorsements can be defined and how each can stray into the territory of advertisements. It also heralds stern punishment for offenders who write product or service reviews and saddles the blog author with stiff penalties should they fail to divulge that their review is a paid or barter endorsement, or if they make any claims about a product that does not prove true. According to the document available in PDF form here: http://www.ftc.gov/os/2009/10/091005endorsementguidesfnnotice.pdf these new regulations will be enforceable starting December 1st, 2009

Sadly, this attack on free speech also endangers countless bloggers who depend on income earned by product reviews.

So what? It’s about time somebody took control and closed down these bloggers clogging up the web with their reviews and cheesy info sites full of affiliate links and questionable testimonials!”

That seems to be the mainstream response, however, those who closely follow the ongoing battle between corporate media and the independent bloggers will see more sinister intent here. Bloggers have made a huge dent in corporate media consumption and advertising revenue. In the early days of the web, corporate media satisfied itself first by stiff arming web publishers as unimportant and amateur — basically not worth following. Then as more consumers flocked to the Internet for information rather than just amusement, the mainstream press turned up the heat with an endless cycle of scare pieces about the dangers of the web and how harmful it could be to surf.

Then amazingly, once the corporate powers had positioned themselves on the web, they proceeded to (attempt to) extend their authority into the new media. Now any news outlet who wishes to survive must maintain sites with interactive Web 2 aspects and social media components. Now they seemed to suddenly embrace the web and everything about it. Every news page and program had the corporations web branding and URL. The web is ours! Bwah ha ha!

The migration of major media onto the web is now complete. Sadly they seem to have brought all their bad baggage along with them. Corporatist slant, raging hyperbola, and elitist globalism still clog their message. So nothing has changed for the better, but at least they can compete in the free market right?

Wrong. Instead of a heads up competition, mainstream media does little else but complain about bloggers and independent news outlets because they are not accountable. More learned media experts point this fact out but also acknowledge the counter point: that bloggers and independent news sources represent the very last resource for information that has not passed through a corporate filter. Professional bloggers make up the huge diversity of information and opinion we now have available to augment or challenge globalist groupthink news outlets.

So no, it is not a heads up competition. Now comes the price. Apparently, the talking heads at big news cannot convince their consumers that unregulated bloggers should be struck from the web by the mere wieght of negative spokesmanship. So the FTC has been called in to begin its little campaign of regulation. It will not escape the informed reader that the FTC is made up of 5 presidentially appointed commissioners, who come to their 7 year post directly from, (you guessed it): corporate law firms. More pointedly still, is how former FTC commissioners are reshuffled back into the corporate law miasma.

Okay so does this mean the end of free speech on the web?

No, but it is another brick in the wall.

##
